Thought I’d make the announcement today that some new web features have been added to my primary website. See, the blog is just a side thing. 
The Digital RV site has a new podcast section all to itself. The Digital RV Podcast can be found by clicking the linked text, or going to http://podcast.digitalrv.net
Today I put up the first “official” video podcast for the new site. It’s a non-standard podcast. The video is much larger (640 x 480). Why is the video bigger? Well, over the past few months I’ve gotten many requests for tutorials on different items I use every day. Creating tutorials on a small screen won’t be very helpful to viewers. So, the Digital RV podcast videos will be larger for easy viewing.
Going forward I’ll be putting at least one quick tutorial or demonstration up per week. You can watch or download the tutorials from that site. Hopefully within the next few days you’ll be able to subscribe via ITunes as well. Waiting on the next upgrade to Podpress, as the last one broke some of that stuff.
Upcoming episodes at the Digital RV Podcast will include items like:
- Using the Firefox Web Browser (my favorite and only web browser).
- Navigating the Digital RV site (it’s getting a makeover).
- Creating your own blog.
- Sharing digital images over the Internet.
- Viewer requests (you tell me what you want to see, and I’ll try to make it happen….within reason of course )
