My first guess would have been an tropical island retreat, because of the “Worlds Largest Coconut” display in the first photo - but you not being in a bathing suit a few photos down shot that guess down.
Clearly, your GPS has misguided you to either the deserts of Chile, or northern Africa.
Too late Mr. Tom. Mike has beaten you to it. He was close right away, and then nailed it second go round.
Very nice here today. The kind of place you could really stay a while too. A good deal to see. Watching out for the big horn sheep.
