This morning I was up at 5. Moving from site 83 to 95. Just a short hop. Compared to all the 500 mile days, unhitch, re-hitch, get everything out, get everything packed again…..no biggie!
But, after remaining in a spot for nearly two months the “spread” starts happening. All my goodies start staying out of their nice little packs. Cabinet organization starts to get a little scrambled. This morning I spent a good deal of time repacking items, getting them back to their normal spots, and prepping the Airstream for the move. Sure, only a few feet, but do you really want stuff falling all over the place? Nope!

Only a few minutes ago I was outside getting ready to whip the truck around and hitch up. Disconnected the water, electric, sewer (ick), and I was about to take up the stabelizers. That’s when the campground manager came rolling by. “Would you rather move next week?” Uh, sure!

Turns out, reservations change. People’s planned dates of arrival get pushed out. And that means I get to stay in site 83 a little longer. Actually, I’ll make my 2 month anniversary in Prescott where I started out, site 83!
Ah well, if nothing else, the Airstream’s organization has been whipped back into shape! Now at 7:45 I’m wondering what to do with myself next. No gray skies, no spitting snow, and plenty of time to enjoy the day. All the big projects were wrapped up this week. One more happy web client. The creation of the first DVD & Full length podcast on installing Wordpress & Podpress to create your own podcasting site (more about that when I start reselling it), and a neat and tidy Airstream!
So, I’m thinking bouldering shortly, followed by a walk or ride on the Peavine, and then conclude with a screening of Spider Man 3. Rich going to a movie theater? And going solo? Wow! Must really want to see this one! ![]()
