Rich, Finally, after almost two weeks without, we've got sustained connectivity, so was able to start catching up. And now, after SEEING all you're doing with your photos can't wait for a bit of real leisure time to go through all the past postings I've missed. Want to see more of those HDR images! Bert

Tombo,

In the wireless industry we refer to what I did as "PFM". The word magic is in that acronym. ;)

There are multiple ways, The one you suggested is an avenue. You can also tell the HDR software in question to reduce ghosting artifacts. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You can also make a pseudo-HDR from one shot when you're dealing with objects in motion.

In my case, reduced ghosting artifacts, then employed some techniques learned in the 7 Point System. Gosh, I should do promotional work for Mr. Kelby, shouldn't I? :)

I have an HDR question for the master. :)

How do you adjust for dynamic objects in your pics? Like the flag in your firehouse plaza picture. I know that sucker was waving, because I took an HDR in that neck of the woods a few months ago. Do you simply select the image with the best 'version' of the flag, and then correct it to match the HDR through contrast and saturation (basically what I did), or are you doing something magical?

Thanks!
